Blip Privacy Policy

Blip ("we", "the game", "the app") is a location-based multiplayer game. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

1. Data We Collect

Account data. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple or Game Center, we receive a unique identifier for your account. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

Location data. The game uses your device's precise location for its core gameplay: placing you on the game map, and enabling interaction with nearby players, buildings, and in-game objects. The core gameplay is not possible without location access.

Game profile. Nickname, avatar, game progress (level, inventory, buildings, in-game currency), and statistics.

Chat messages. The text content of messages you send in public chat and clan chat.

Push notification device token. If you allow notifications, we store a device token to deliver in-game alerts (for example, when your building is destroyed).

Player interaction data. The list of players you have muted, and reports you submit about other players.

2. How We Use Data

• Displaying your position and the positions of other players on the game map — other players can see your approximate location while you play, as this is a core part of the game's mechanics;
• Enabling chat and social features (clans, player-to-player trading);
• Tracking game progress, currency, and items;
• Sending push notifications about game events;
• Moderation: reviewing reports and taking action against violators.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who We Share Data With

• Apple — for authentication via Sign in with Apple / Game Center and for delivering push notifications (APNs);
• Map tile provider — technical requests to render the map do not include your in-game identifier;
• We do not share data with advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible once confirmed.

5. Children's Privacy

The game is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under this age.

6. Your Rights

You may request information about the data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, by contacting support.

This is a baseline policy covering Apple App Review's functional requirements. Before a wide public release, a legal review for compliance with applicable data protection law (including Russia's Federal Law 152-FZ for users in Russia) is recommended and has not been performed as part of this document.
